How to fix GET https://mysite/css/fileuploader.css 404 (Not Found)?

I'm migrating a site from http to https. The site has moved. But with the admin problem. Lost styles and js.
This is how it gives errors:
GET https://my_site/css/fileuploader.css 404 (Not Found)
How can I fix this beard?
