What to use for IOS Android development?

Write down the desired city. It is possible in cookies, it is possible in session, it is possible in parameters in the address bar. No difference. Then you take them out of there, and depending on the city, show / do not show sliders, promotions, etc.

There is just Fongap, but the speed of work for all these frameworks is extremely low and causes nothing but irritation. It's easier to write natively, especially since, as far as I understand, the application is simple.

FlashDevelop + haxe has support for android. For ios, too, there seems to be the ability to quickly convert the application.
