How to fix fonts in IE11 (on all sites)?

My version of IE11 doesn't see the included fonts. (local sees). On all sites (on another machine IE11 displays fonts)
Compatibility mode is off. What else can be? Reinstall IE? How?

First, reset IE settings and clean its temporary files, there are special buttons there.
