There are 2 providers in one PC. How to give different browsers different providers?

Situation: 2 different providers are connected to one PC. 2 cables in the network card.

Task: Make two simultaneous connections. So that in the conditional Google Chrome there is a beeline, and in the conditional "Opera" - domra.
Windows.
Linux is not an option.

Why: We need simultaneous work with one service under different accounts. Proxy / VPN - not suitable.

VirtualBox/WMware is too resource intensive and annoying. I really hope there is something better.
