How to fix?
When compiling a program in LibGdx, an error occurs. Reinstalled Windows, renamed the user - did not help.

When compiling? Exception? The exception is usually in the process of execution, which is what you actually wrote. The device you are running on does not support openGL at the driver level. How to fix? Run where there is openGL.
