How to fix error while watching video?

Good evening friends!
I ask for help and advice.
The essence of the problem:
1. On the VKontakte website, when watching a video, when trying to change something in the player, absolutely nothing happens. For example, I try to drag the slider forward - its shadow moves and then it follows the mouse without interruption. It's the same with sound and with the choice of resolution.
Well ... Vkontakte - and to hell with it. But today another problem appeared:
2. On youtube, the situation is completely similar and in the console 4 times:

Unsafe JavaScript attempt to access frame with URL http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pgoB2_3rX0I&feature=related from frame with URL https://plus.google.com/u/0/_/s/c?href=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DpgoB2_3rX0I&yt_owner_id=YmRrsqLy4oT4YnmjzlSncw. Domains, protocols and ports must match.

Tested on two machines:
1. WinXP 32, everything is bad in Chrome, everything is fine in Fox
2. Win7 x64, everything is bad in Chrome. Fox is not installed (flash as a separate application or as a plug-in is missing on this machine).
Am I the only one with this problem? How to cure Chrome?
Thank you in advance

update chrome, tried the system flash7, did you also try to disable the flash built into chrome?

_

These are two different problems.
In the first case, the problems are either inside the actual runtime of the flash player, or with a specific VK flash drive. I think there is no cure, you can only update chrome, or use another browser with a non-built-in flash player. In chrome, it can sometimes be slightly behind in versions, but this is quickly fixed.
In the second case, Chrome's security settings do not allow loading a resource available via HTTP inside an HTTPS page. flash has nothing to do with it, most likely (the problem is a level higher, on the page itself).
