How to fix error while installing CentOS on vmware workstation?

Hello. I'm trying to install CentOS on vmware workstation and I keep getting an error (screen1) trying to boot from the network, but I specified bios parameters (screen2)
I downloaded a new image, changed vm settings, but all to no avail! What could be wrong?

Well, did you connect the image to the CD?
If connected - then why are you booting from your hard drive?
