How to fix error when starting projects in Visual Studio Community 2015?

Sometimes, when launching projects (any) in 2015, the studio hangs tightly, and you have to kill it through the dispatcher. When you run the same project again, the following error pops up:

An error was encountered opening related documents during the last load of the solution. Downloading documents is skipped when loading the solution to avoid repeating the error.

Also, all the tabs in the editor that I opened earlier get lost.
Reinstalling does not help, everything is fine in the 2013 version. Maybe someone met with such an error, and found a solution?
