Which is better Parallels Desktop or Boot Camp for windows developer on MacBook?

What is the best way to install Windows on a MacBook for easy development in Visual Studio (C#, ASP.NET, etc..)?
Notebook specifications:
Core i5 processor 2600 MHz
memory 8 GB DDR3L
integrated graphics
storage (SSD) 128 GB

For a developer, bootcamp is better. For what's the point of sacrificing half the performance and driving a virtual machine. A separate case is when you virtualize many environments, multiplatform. If only Windows - then live in Windows, why a hammock and skis?
