How to fix error when launching Illustrator?

I'm launching. It says "The preferences file is corrupted and has been reverted to default settings. A backup copy has been created for the file: Adobe Illustrator preferences.err"
I understand that the preferences are crashing, but why? How to make sure that everything is saved and does not give any errors?

My problem disappeared after I launched Illustrator while holding down the Ctrl + Shift + Alt (Win) keys. For Mac OS - Option+Command+Shift.

also the problem appears in 2015 version after printing in *.ps
