How to fix error when installing Ruby gem'a gulp-sass?

Help solve the problem. It gives this error:
ERROR: Could not find a valid gem 'gulp-sass' (>= 0) in any repository
Tried everything I could find. And I also changed the addresses in the gem source.

Удали папку npm_modules потом npm_modules update, под виндой 10 усе номано не заморачивайтесь про nix системы
