How to fix "Error reconnecting to network drive, network address not found"?

Good morning! The situation is such there is a Windows Server 2012 on it folders with shared resources and a network, the problem is in the following periodically shared resource

falls off

what does it have to do with everything working properly when I’m on site, then I go home, I come in the morning the resource has fallen off (but this is not always the case, it happens that everything is fine). If you set "Obtain an IP address automatically" in the connection properties, then access is restored, if you return it to the original settings after that, everything also works. Local services (internal chat, etc.) also hang on the server, they are available regardless of your problem.
What could be causing this behavior and how can I fix it?
Thanks in advance!

Reluctantly, I omit the arguments about where the hands of a person who serves a server with that name grow from.
Does the problem repeat when connecting a network drive via IP?
What is written in the Event Viewer on client PCs?
On the server in the same Event Viewer, are there any events with periodic network outages on network interfaces?
