How to implement Flask application on VDS?

I have an application written in Flask. A VDS server was purchased for rent on Windows Server 2016
How to run this application not on localhost? What tools to use?

Sell, buy on Ubuntu/Debian. For example, on digitalocean.com for $5/month. One of the options how to place on a server can be read here . The same in Russian here
