How to fix error in phpMyAdmin?

After installing the system, CMS gives an error:

Who knows? How to fix error in phpMyAdmin?

The last line says that the system may already be installed. Look for tables and/or value fields. Perhaps you have already tried to install the system and the data from it remained in the database
