When connecting to a VPN server, error 619 pops up (cannot connect to a remote computer, so the port is closed). What to do ?
OS Windows 8.

What VPN is being used? PPTP? encryption?
usually 619 appears when connecting PPYP from under NAT, since NAT does not support GRE well.
If the exit is carried out from under the NAT router, it is best to look in the settings of the router for PPTP Passthrough and enable it. And reload periodically :)
