Woocommerce (wordpress) sends emails with incorrect encoding, all Russian characters are replaced with a question mark (???).
How to fix? Maybe somewhere in the letter template you can specify the encoding, I couldn’t find it myself, Google partisans is silent.

Woocommerce takes the encoding settings from your mail server settings. I mean, it's not his fault. Look for the problem in the server settings.
