How to fix display of disk quotas on ntfs?

Good afternoon, given windows 10 x64, disk quotas are enabled on the C drive with the NTFS file system, they work, but when viewing the properties through the GUI, it shows that it is empty at all.

Through cmd fsutil quota enforce C: no errors, but fsutil quota query C: writes that access is denied although I run everything through the admin

How to return the display of quotas in the GUI? Enabling and disabling results do not give. chkdsk c: /F /R /B works fine
