How to fix disk2vhd freezing?

Good day! I decided to take virtualization, installed the Hyper-V 2012 R2 server.
Now to the point:
We have Server 2003 with Lotus. I'm trying to overtake hard to VHD via disk2vhd. He overtook the disk with the system, and freezes on the data disk. Time rises and the file size does not change for a long period of time (worked all night).
The amount of data is not large (about 20GB). I checked the chkdsk disk, I found errors and sort of fixed
it. What could be the problem and how to fix it?
