How to fix css/js bug in Chrome 62?

In the last Chome, I periodically observe a bug with loading pages - the first time the page is loaded without styles and scripts, I have to press F5 so that it loads the second time normally.
The bug occurs periodically when working in the browser after 30-60 minutes. After restarting everything becomes normal, then this problem appears again and you have to restart the browser again.
Has anyone encountered this?
