Chrome - Favorite a block of text on a page

For some reason I can't find an extension for Chrome so that I can select a block of text on a page and add it to my favorites.

Wouldn't a slightly more versatile solution work for you? CintaNotes (cintanotes.com) is a small utility for taking quick notes. You can set up a hotkey to capture selected text. The address of the page from where the text was captured is attached to the notes.

I'll answer myself :) I found such an interesting LinkedNotes extension chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/kmmbfbgimpbcaaeibgnijiflciagmiha# - you select the text on the page and specify to save it in notes. Add the page to your favorites. Then, when you visit this page, the number of notes on this page will be displayed on the extension icon. You click on the icon and these notes are shown to you in a pleasant color scheme :)
