How to fix - Content not displaying in Content modx?

In general, the admin panel opens, everything is fine.
Admin content is visible.
And here are some pages - it does not open for editing, it just shows empty, although everything is in the database.

And some pages open normally, as it should.

I thought it was the cache, I cleaned it through the admin panel, deleted the contents of core/cache , cleaned it again through the admin panel - to no avail.
ps I can’t copy from the base, because in the database the encoding is cp-1251 general ci, and everywhere -utf-8
Modx version - 2,4,2-pl, tinymce version - 4.3.3-pl, updated to 4.3.4-pl - did not help. Uninstalled, deleted, disabled in the settings - it still does not pull the modx data into the content of the resources.

Are they really there? Perhaps the data is in the template.
