Why doesn't Modx load images and open in a new tab?

Hello. When transferring the site, there was a problem that Modx stopped loading images registered through src="". Also, when trying to open in a new tab, an empty main page without styles is loaded. How to fix it?
All config configured, the database too. What could be the problem?
