How to remove the error field and what is it?

in the admin panel sometimes I stumble upon such an "Error" field,

it is invisible, but if you search the screen with the mouse and hold down this window, it becomes visible, what is it and how to get rid of it?
if the problem is in the plugins, then here is a list of them:
Collections
If
ImportX
MIGX
pdoTools
phpThumbsUp
Redirector
TinyMCE
translit
maybe something conflicts with each other and because of this this problem?

Errors in the browser console, did you look at the MODX logs? Nothing unusual? It's actually the first time I've seen this.
