How to fix content layout in bootstrap?

There is a website layout ( PSD ) made according to the bootstrap.
There is a mock up layout. Cry.
Question:
How to properly place content in the layout so that the mobile version is adequate? What's wrong with posting content now?

at least replace container with container-fluid if rubber is needed, or work with css media queries, since you have more viewport on container mobile phones
