How to fix constant fan warnings on Synology DS 118?

The system emits a beep and every 1-7 minutes on the case flashes orange "Status". There are a lot of messages in the notifications about turning off / on the fan. The squeak does not let you live, turned off the sound notifications about the fan.

I do not see any problems with the installed hard drive and system temperature.
DSM 7.0.1-42218. Synology DS 118.

What could be the problem and how to fix it?

It is worth checking - but is it not wedge? Is there a crease on the blade that clings to something?
