How to set up forwarding from a subdomain to a port?

There is a domain, let's say nobody.com
There is a static external IP of my Synology NAS (let's say 192.168.0.1)
The port defined on the NAS is forwarded on the router
An external IP is attached to the domain (in hosting records), so that when you go to the domain name, the business card page opens .
Please tell me how can I make it so that when I go to cloud.nobody.com, the next resource 192.168.0.1:5689 opens?
