There are about 10 PCs in the local network that exchange files, and the problem when copying data of any size does not exceed 16MB, although the declared speed of the NAS is above 200MB and the disks themselves are also from 200MB. All this is under the control of Mikrotik hap ac2, the cables go through two unmanaged TP-Link gigabit switches.
