How to fix cell border?

Created a table. 2 columns. Questionnaire to fill out. The first column is the question, the second is the answer.
When I start to enter a lot of text into the second column, the border of the columns shifts to the left (shown in the picture). Please tell me how to fix this border so that the text does not move the column borders.
