Only unfortunately they are quite old and the methods described do not work.

Then I found the information that you need to install file-roller, it also does not work.

I know I just wrote a question, but I just found the answer and I want to share it for those who have this problem.
I found a wonderful unar utility that unpacks everything in its normal form, without bugs.
Installation
sudo apt install unar
