How to fix bugs in VS Code?

Hello!
When you run the python code through Run Code, there are bugs in the output when outputting the Cyrillic alphabet


. But when you run it through Run Python File through the terminal, everything is displayed normally.


How to fix the display through output commands. It seems to me that this is done because the code runs with the -u parameter (see the first screenshot)
