How to fix ASUS ZENBOOK UX21A laptop not receiving IPv4 but connecting to WiFi and Ethernet?

Good day to all.

After another small update of Windows 8.1 dated 08/12/2014 (made on 08/15/2014), the ASUS ZENBOOK UX21A laptop
stopped receiving IP and traffic, is not visible either on the Internet or within the network, while it sees WiFi networks and connects. I tried to connect an Ethernet cable - similarly, the network adapter is visible and "connected", but the IP is not received and the traffic does not go. I also tried to connect via a 3G shared by iPhone (via cable / Bluetooth / WiFi) - again a similar result. I tried to enter the IP manually in the IPv4 properties - it did not help. I tried to reinstall the driver from the official Intel site - it did not help.

Well, turn off the filter from connectifi and reboot

I have a BSOD from this update due to the Qualcomm Atheros AR9002WB-1NG Wireless Network Adapter. The system crashes on boot. Only shutdown helped. An attempt to pull off the updated firewood does not work
