Doesn't renew the DHCP lease from the ISP?

Given: Windows Server 2012 with a running virtual machine, which is a gateway. A link from the provider is thrown into it through the VLAN. Authorization takes place via MAC, issuance of IP via DHCP.
The server receives an IP, everything works, but after a few hours the network falls off. When restarting the interface, the address is not obtained. The provider says that everything is fine on their side, but the car does not request an extension of the lease. If you reboot the gateway, then everything becomes normal.
Where to dig, already reviewed everything :/?

Filmed, requests are coming. Filmed with Wireshark and traced via hetsh. The last traced gave error 121. Googling said some well-known moment and put the updates.
