How to fix animation bug in Isotope filter when adding translation to blocks?

Recently started Isotope filter for image sorting. It seems like everything is fine, but when adding a transition (in my case, border and translate), the animation of the filter itself breaks. And when you change the filter type, the blocks start to behave strangely, moving from left to right to their position. Link attached.

Somewhere, it means that the transition still works, because you prescribe the second one to it and you have two animations that work one after the other.
