How to fix an error when installing ioncube?

I'm trying to install an ioncube loader.
set stupidly) through the isppanel)
now the ioncube is lit in disabled extensions, but errors are being sent to the mail
PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/lib/php5/20090626/ioncube_loader_lin_5.3_ts.so' - /usr/lib /php5/20090626/ioncube_loader_lin_5.3_ts.so: undefined symbol: core_globals_id in Unknown on line 0
does anyone know a solution? tell me where to dig if you can

1. скачиваем отсюда www.ioncube.com/loaders.php версию под вашу ОС
2. разархивируем
3. в /etc/php.d создаем ioncube.ini, там прописываем:
zend_extension = <путь куда распаковали архив>/ioncube_loader_lin_<версия php>.so
то есть, если php 5.6.14 - версия php 5.6. узнать можно командой в консоли php -v
