How many resources, especially RAM, does Apache use?
I have a 50 MB site that is not big at all. No more than 50 visitors per day.
How much RAM is required for such an Apache site?

It does not depend on the size of the site files, but on their content. Even one 2Kb PHP file can use all 256Gb of server RAM, as easy as shelling pears. If you have simple HTML/CSS with images, 10Mb of memory will suffice.

Minimum requirements - I don't know, a few megabytes. And further - depends on what productivity you want.
