How to fix an error in the LDAP server?

The server space allocated for LDAP ran out, after the space was expanded, the error remained (Internal Server Error), (PSservice slapd and nslcd do not restart), who had similar problems and how did you deal with them ???? Because rebooting doesn't help.

Please provide details of the error.
Also, the place was expanded, and the FS was also expanded? df -h shows increased disk space?
