How to fix an error in opencart when unloading 1s?
Hey! The customer lost all sections on the site over the weekend, and they did the unloading in 1s. Of all that has been done so far, the cache folder has been cleared.
The logs give an error
Processing.SiteExchange.ObjectModule(322)}: Error calling context method (SendToProcess): Error executing file operation 'export/exchange1c.php?type=catalog&mode=file&filename=import_files/b4/b49ad4f0-28a3-11e6-8869-0019214abfbe_b49ad4f3 -28a3-11e6-8869-0019214abfbe.jpeg': Internet connection error: wrong gateway response format (502).

I can’t say anything definite here, look for the place in the script where the error occurs, but according to the general logic, clearing the cache should not bring down the site, because. cache is a folder containing certain data that is either stored temporarily or used frequently.
HTTP status codes
All the sections on the site flew off the customer over the weekend - as I understand it, in the module settings on the Opencart side, it is set to reset categories, etc. when loading from 1C. I think that's why the categories "flew", and new ones were not created. upload did not work correctly! due to the fact that the WWW server issues 502 and the connection with 1C is terminated!
try to load without a photo from 1C for a start ... and then according to the situation!
as an option!
1) clear the entire folder with pictures along the path "site_root/image/import_files" via FTP,
2) then do a full upload from 1C - the pictures will be loaded again.
Although here individually!
