Will one employee be able to pull the implementation, configuration and support of 1C products?
Our company has a need for full automation using 1C products. CRM, warehouse and improvements we need. 1C has already been launched in accounting, only integration is needed with it.
At the moment, we are contacting companies that provide such services, but we want to consider the possibility of hiring a full-time employee.
Unfortunately, we have no idea about professions in this area. Can you tell me if it is possible to open one vacancy per person who will get acquainted with the specifics of our work, select the necessary products, launch them, customize them for us, help with training on working with these programs and provide further support in this spirit?
Or do we want too much?

He can, but when everything is installed and configured, he will have nothing to do. The system can work for months without human intervention. Of course, if you have a staff of 100 people who do not know 1C and they all need to be constantly trained to work with it + staff turnover, then it’s worth it.
It's a matter of luck, not money. There are such good super-specialists (consultant-implementer-support) on the market, but they also take them as a whole franchise company, so don’t save much. They (specialists) have an advantage like family doctors - he will know all your ins and outs and he will have a ready solution for every sneeze. It may not be perfect and the franchise can do better for less money, but franchises often have staff turnover, business trips, projects ... and new people will constantly deal with you, who will need to delve into your specifics from scratch and not a fact at all, that at a particular moment you will be assigned a specialist to solve your urgent problem.
I repeat that there are specialists, but it will not be easy to find. Follow like other companies under the hybrid scheme. Hire an inexpensive specialist who will be aware of all the specifics, will carry out minor improvements and supervise the work of external franchisees and freelancers according to the TOR written by him.
And what did not suit the appeal to the franchisee firms?
Own person in the state is good, but not always justified.
Легко. Я к примеру сейчас осваиваю 1с. И пару фирм есть желание взять для подтягивания Скила.
Во первых зависит от объема работ - нек
