How to fix a spanned dynamic disk?

There is a virtualka on ESXi. After one disk fell out of the raid on the server, the server went into reboot. The hypervisor itself rose, but the virtual machine did not, stubbornly swore that it could not find the SYSTEM file. After rebuilding the raid and checkdisk, the server booted up, but another problem remained. The server had 5 dynamic disks combined into 1 composite. After this fakap, one of the disks actively refuses to work, and applications report an I / O error on this disk. It looks like the geometry of the disc has floated on it or the headers have flown off. But what is most interesting is that data recovery programs like R-Studio see all the files that were there and can recover. I'm really not sure if all the files, maybe they only see the files that are on healthy drives. Is it possible to somehow bring the disk back to normal, or is it just to pull out the data
