How to finish accepting a payment in PayPal if the status is "incomplete"?

The customer transferred the money to me, and in some tricky way - he issued it as a payment for the service.
As a result, the payment stuck with the status "Not Completed". The stick writes that it freezes the payment for security.
"If your service or product does not require shipping, please mark the order as processed and provide additional information. We will calculate the expected delivery date and release the payment."
I marked the payment as "processed". I did not provide any documents to confirm the provision of services to the stick. It's been a week and the payment is still frozen.
Question. How to speed up payment unfreezing?

Answer. No way. Waited two weeks. Support replied that they had frozen it on purpose to make sure the deal was clean.
