How to find what is preventing the computer from shutting down?

Good afternoon.
My laptop has an SSD and of course I added a RAMDisk for the browser cache and Windows 7 temp files.
All this worked fine before reinstalling WIndows.
After installation and configuration, the computer stopped wanting to turn off, froze at the "Shutdown" moment and continued to work.
There are no errors in Event Viewer.
I realized that this is because of the RAMDisk. if you remount the disk it turns off normally.
I used 4 or 5 different programs and only 2 worked, and of them only one remained to my liking, which I used, namely SoftPerfect RAM Disk.
How to track or understand what the computer lacks for a normal shutdown?

@VokaMut

I solved the problem by reducing the amount of RAMdisk

Why do you need a RAMDisk?
Do you think you are smarter than Windows developers?
Everything has been planned for a long time. To work with an SSD, you do not need to do any "tweaks".
