How to find the right textures for 3D models? Or how to create them yourself?
I can say that I am familiar with the texturing process, but I just need to be able to repeat those real colors, real textures of real objects, without resorting to materials, shaders (Because there is even less knowledge about shaders and materials). Here, for example, a specific case, I modeled a part of the building, deployed it, opened it in the editor, and then I need to repeat all the colors of this real building: the color of the windows, the texture of the walls, the roof, etc. What are the ways to do this? What program can do it?

It is worth learning the basics of PBR (Physically Based Rendering). Here is a good selection of materials: noostyche.ru/blog/2016/08/22/osnovy_po_fizicheski_...
Without understanding the principles of PBR, nothing will come of it at all.
Now texturing is done immediately on the model using smart material, "stuffing" the texture using the compositing method in the same Photoshop is outdated and is used less and less.
For texturing on the model are used: Blender, 3D Coat, Substance Painter and Designer. The most popular is a bundle of Substance Painter and Designer, programs can be purchased quite cheaply on Steam.
