How to split a 3D model into two independent ones?

The model is available in DWG format. It is required to divide it into two independent ones. I'm most likely doing something wrong - AutoCAD freezes while performing the "Subtract" operation. The thing is that this tiny detail is very detailed.
I would be very grateful if someone can divide my model into blue lines, as in the screenshot.
