How to find the index by address?

The search engine for Russian postal indices has been lying for almost a week. Quite urgently looking for some alternative source or way to download this database of mail for self-search. In KLADR / FIAS, unfortunately, about 5% of the indices are incorrect. I will be grateful for any information.

I would parse the site with indexes and create my own database. For example, this one: postindex.delovoigorod.ru/ . Well, or I would try to contact the admins and ask where they got them :)
