How do you feel about interviews after the probationary period?
It's a technical interview. With the condition that if you do not pass, we will fire you. Before the probationary period, it was also, like the test task. The only difference is that the interviewer is no longer the company where you work, but the customer's specialists.
I'm interested in your take on this approach.
As for me, this only dysmoralizes and interferes with the ability to tune in to the implementation of current tasks. I don't see the point.

In general, it is positive, but in this case it is desirable that it be clearly stated what will happen at the interview after the probationary period. What would the developer know and in parallel with the work pull up the necessary knowledge. The trial period in this case goes something like an internship rather. Considering that this will be carried out by the customer, what is the justification for conducting it after the trial period and not before?
On the part of the customer, this is probably the only possible option to make sure that the system for 10 million rubles is coded not by 3rd year students with a salary of 15 thousand, but by normal specialists. Although in this case they need to do code-review permanently.
