Are there any programmers who, being juniors, could only think normally at night, and then they could also during the day?
I am a junior and I want to improve my level in a short time. For me, it's basically the development of abstract thinking in order to write more thoughtful code.
Seriously took up this recently, but I can’t sleep normally for a long time. The schedule is constantly moving back and forth. Sometimes I sleep for 3 hours. I noticed that because of this I think worse.
But I also noticed that during the day, even after a normal sleep, I think worse than at night.
And I can even find an explanation for this from psychology - that it is better to think at night and in silence.
But I see middles and seniors who have a normal daily schedule, no desire to work at night, and they create code much better and faster than me.
Therefore, I draw a logical conclusion - yes, night and silence are needed for the mind to work, but only while it is weak, and with development you will become less sensitive. And distractions will interfere less.
There was an idea - for now it is precisely to "shift" your schedule closer to the night, get used to it, and then we'll see.
I want to ask the experienced - is it so? Are there those who started with a night schedule and switched to a day one? And isn't it better to adapt to the daytime right away?
