Which file in Debian currently defines AllowOverride?

In the sense that this is an eternal dispute, because. First of all, it's a matter of taste. Until 2012, I only bought GFs. But then, getting carried away by BTC and mining other cryptocurrencies, I decided to buy Radeon. And the point is not even that it was supposedly better, but simply because I wanted to try a top-end card for mining and CUDA. For the latter, there was already GF, so I decided to take Radeon. Everything arranged. I even decided to remember my youth and played - also pleased. But if we talk about the money invested and the result, then, honestly, I did not see such a tangible difference. Perhaps, for gamers and extreme geeks, it is visible and tangible, for me, as a self-taught programmer, it is not.
Therefore, my choice would fall now on Radeon - after all, any money saved is money earned .

When playing on a GeForce, you will very rarely see visual glitches (palit would replace it with another company only, perhaps with a large amount of memory just right) and there are no problems with the drivers.
On the Radeon, visual glitches and driver issues are the norm. The performance of the Radeon was often higher than that of similar GFs, but the main thing for me is quality.

ps I would choose Radeon over try if there are no other cards (and the choice is only between them). But if there was an opportunity, I would just take a newer / more powerful GF 970/980.
