Hello. The whole point is in the question.
Someone downloads a font from Google Font - you need to change it.

Tell me how to find the component that loads this font?
The font is rendered via
<?$APPLICATION->ShowCSS();?>

Do you have a font name? If yes, then we go to the admin panel, to the files, (most likely) to the /local/ directory, start searching for the file by entering a substring with the font name into it.
