looking for a programmer (s) in a startup with a rather good future. I can’t tell everything about him, and in general I practically can’t tell anything about him, because we are afraid. There is a business plan and technical specifications for its functionality, but you can refine it as much as you like, but it is advisable to discuss all this in person. In terms of complexity, 2 times more difficult than Votsap or something like that. There is not much money for the project, it is calculated that it will need to be launched either in Korea or California, all the money will practically go to moving and living there, so we cannot pay fabulous sums for the work .. we are looking for interested programmers who will support the idea and they will work with us not as mercenaries, but as a part of the project, they will breathe the idea even after the launch.
In general, there is not enough money (as it usually happens). The investor will work for advertising, marketing and technical equipment .. that's why everything is so hard.

First, there is telegram. You definitely can't outdo their encryption system.
Secondly, you made a mistake with a resource.
Thirdly, without at least minimal details, few people want to work for food and pornography.

I will not evaluate your project, since such descriptions and thoughts about a bright future have long ceased to amaze me.
But the way you're destructive about positioning... You really shouldn't be looking for support here.
No one is asking you to assess the future of all those present here... This is the lot of weak and stupid people.
