where to look for investors (seed investments)?
Tell me a really adequate fund, where they can normally consider an IT project at the stage of a well-developed idea (a full-fledged business plan with a well-developed marketing, financial plan, etc.) and either give investments or explain what is wrong with the project?
Do not offer Glavstart, because there it is unrealistic to even get through to a 7-minute skype consultation with Moreinis. It seems that they are selling these 7 minutes like diamonds.
It is also advisable not to suggest Angel.co and American portals for finding investors, because without a prototype / elaborate design + video there is nothing to do there, and, unfortunately, there is no money for this.

I went through such searches.
I advise you not to waste time on them, but to assemble a team of free like-minded people.
I did it, thank God. Although it seemed to me at first that it was unrealistic.
My project has now attracted investment and is working in the accelerator.
But no one will invest in a startup "for slides" if there is not even a team there.
If it is interesting and necessary, I can tell my experience and give a couple of tips outside of this thread.
Maybe it makes sense to make a BA (Budget Machine) WebMoney, if the idea is worth enough, which will generate income, really gain the required amount of investment.
By the way, I also had a chance to talk with Moreinis. It wasn't that hard to get there...
And what's the problem with going to a stratappoint or a start-upweekend, they are now like dogs not cut.
